The Walker Hall project was created in my Computer Assisted Programs Class. The assignment called for us to choose a pre-existing lobby from a UC Davis building and remodel it. I chose Walker Hall, one of the graduate center buildings. The process for this assignment started with taking an interior survey and gathering all measurements of the space. I then Created a 3D rendered model from those measurements, focusing on as much interior architectural detail that was necessary to represent the actual space. I then transformed the lobby by conducting a limitless remodel of the space. Finally, I was instructed to create a video walkthrough of the remodel in Twinmotion. For Walker Hall, I created an elevated, bold space with floor to ceiling marble and wooden beams. I highlighted light by keeping the existing windows and tilting the horizontal wooden window wall details.

Pre & Schematic Design Stage
After identifying my chosen existing lobby at UC Davis, Walker Hall, I conducted a site analysis. I gathered all measurements, took photos and drew quick sketches so I could begin to get an understanding of the space.

Design & Development Stage
After conducting a site analysis, I translated that data to Vectorworks.

Final Product
I then exported the Vectorworks file to Twinmotion where I chose finishes and materials. In Twinmotion I then took multiple video walkthrough angles to display all areas of the lobby. Then, with the different clips, I compiled them in iMovie into a final walkthrough video.
